I truly dislike that you can ONLY order online, and there are no comments boxes for special requests. I needed to talk to someone. There was nothing on the order to tell me where to go, not on the building. The biggest issue was that my order was doubled by the online order process, but i didnt find out til i picked it up and the lady who brought it out said, “this happens a lot!” And I asked why they didn’t call to confirm, and she said the manager doesn’t allow it since it happens too much, they just fill the entire order. That’s crazy!!

Saw this place on doordash and it looked good. I ordered and it was a speedy process. The food wasn’t the best but it was also sitting in the container for 20 minutes while being delivered. Definitely would order from here again.

Ideally you want to get your order as soon as its ready. The wings were ok, but severely affected was the curly fries. By the time we got to them the steam from the boxes made them soggy. Disappointing because the flavor was quite nice. Wings also lost most of their crisp. So just like a pizza u dont want these to steam in a to go box.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I normally don’t give in to low ratings when deciding whether to try a place but I tried to not order from here. However when you’re hungry and there’s no other options ehh. This place has the most abysmal wings I have ever had living on 3 continent’s. They were plain, non-seasoned, and smeared with sauces that obviously come out of packages or bottles. They were not tossed, finished, or otherwise “cooked” with the sauce either. Just cooked bare, flavorless; then the sauce poured into them so the coating is also uneven. Will never go to this one again and absolutely to any other of the chains locations. Please don’t get food here! Save yourself the trouble and buy frozen wings @ Walmart.

We order often and have never had an issue. Our local Chili’s (Lisbon) makes this food and does great. We always get tons of fries and plenty of whatever sauce we choose. We haven’t tried a sauce we don’t like and have tried about 10. We have only had one quality issue and the restaurant team is more than willing to provide a gift card or replacement of the item.

Ordered with my 2 kids drove over to pick up I bought 44 wings 11 garlic parm rub 33 apple picked them up drove all the way home and they’re is hardly any flavoring on them and the ones that do is only on the top now my kids hate plain wings im to far away turn go back and they are starving I tried calling and it rang till it finally said no ones available 4 straight times ,this is not coated wings at all someone drizzled a little sauce over some and thats it and only on one side

I don’t know what’s up with all these negative reviews… I’ve ordered here many times since moving to Taftville and my friends and I always opt for It’s Just Wings when we get together at my place. The wings are small, but they give you 22 plus a MASSIVE pile of curly fries for $18… what more do you want? They’re always hot and fresh, always well-coated in delicious sauces and always ready quick.

I ordered through here on DoorDash excited to try a new place. I received my food—boneless wings, curly fries, and some fried Oreos. I was completely disappointed when I hit into an Oreo that was completely raw at the bottom. I lifted each one and all of them were raw. I called the store one person answered the phone I explained what happened she put me on hold—about 6 minute later someone else answered I again explain what happened

The app for door dash (pickup) kept going and saying that it’s not ready yet over and over again until half an hour and then I sat outside for like 15 minutes and then finally I called and spoke to one of them plays and pretty much I paid about $20 for cold, not even edible food. Because they said that it was ready within Maybe 10 or 15 minutes and then sat out for about an hour. The couple fries that I tried were rubbery and well the wings I didn’t even bother… Negaunee well its chicken and gad been sitting out for so long… my coke was watered down because of the ice melting… and the fried oreos were just mushy and gross by then. I’m sure there’s a reasonable explanation of all of this And I don’t want to point my finger out to blame anybody I’m sure that it’s all just a big misunderstanding But, it was very disappointing at that point 11:00 p.m. And really nowhere else to get food.
