NASTY! The wings were soggy. Undercooked, no crispyness at all. It seemed like someone microwaved bone-in chicken wings. The buffalo sauce (because you can’t mess up buffalo sauce, right? WRONG) was watery and hardy coated the undercooked wings. Very bland and tasteless.

We order once a week because the wings are the most tolerable in the area for delivery. Every time without fail we are never delivered our ranch that is charged extra. The fries are served hard and cold, clearly old. The wings in the last 3 weeks have been just fried breading. Very disappointing. You’re not a ghost kitchen Chilis of Shelton. Pull it together.

It’s just WEIRD. It’s located inside of Chili’s for one – yup, you heard me! It is not it’s own restaurant. The wings were so soft and soggy. The fries were overcooked and dry. You can only place an order on GOOGLE so don’t bother calling. Google tells you it’ll be ready by 12:00, just get there by 12:30 because the order won’t be done until 30 minutes AFTER it said it would and it’ll still be cold anyway. The ONE star here is only for the young man who bought out my food because he was very nice and he deserves 5 stars by himself.

Do not waste your money here. Wings were underdone and slimy. Fries were dry. Pickup order wasn’t ready until 35 minutes after the pickup time provided by the restaurant.
