Ordered online pickup that never was filled. Wasted my entire break going to pick up food that was not prepared. I was told that online pickup was not available despite the fact that my order was confirmed and my money was taken from my debit card.

Very confusing. You’re getting wings from Chili’s – but there was no signage at the chili’s. I had to call the number and the first thing a recording says is “we are inside the chili’s.” Wings tasted “stale.” Would not order from them again.

Food was good but online ordering rejected orders from mobile. Had to place from desktop. After arriving followed instructions to check in and enter parking space number so order could be brought out. It never was. After waiting, decided to go in myself to pickup order which was not presented as an option

the fries came absolutely soggy and the wings were completely atrocious it didn’t have any flavor whatsoever and on top of that it was not crispy at all and Soggy as hell and somehow the chicken was overcooked so much so that it felt like eating the Sahara Desert

It isn’t an actual restaurant. It works with chili to make their wings. You have to order online. If you try to order online you will have issues if on mobile. Too much of a headache if you don’t order ahead.
