I ordered a 60$ 32 wing combo meal for delivery with a 20% tip on my creditcard. I never received the food though… They use doordash as a 3rd party delivery service. I received a text saying my order was cancelled right after the doordash driver had the order in their possession. When I called the store to see what happened they said they couldnt do anything because they are only responsible up to the point when the food is taken by the driver. They said this has been happeneing a lot recently but they continue to allow people to fall prey to this scam? They directed me to doordash support who told me we had to get in contact with Its Just Wings. They are located in TX and any time you call them its just a busy signal. Ive left two messages with and doordash says I have 48 hours to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE Its Just Wings delivery option!

So I work at autozone I waited for about 56 mins, ordered 3 wing combos WITH THE BONE IN and I did not get my order correct at all. Definitely not worth the price that it was and I tried to call them and their phone services suck! I wasn’t able to get thru no one this was the first time trying this place and I am highly disappointed.

I ordered the 22 wing combo deal. I was cheated out of 11 wings. Not to mention when the food had arrived it was cold, and the fries were soggy. Upon opening the other container which contained another 22 wing combo deal I noticed there was mold along side of the styrofoam container they packaged them in. SO GROSS!!!!!!
