Overall , the service was horrible. My wings was over cooked & so nasty I waste my money. I asked for another order not a refund & they told I had to contact DoorDash. They cooked the food & I honestly feel like they should have made my order over especially if I wasn’t asking for a refund. The manager had a nasty attitude at chilis. Maybe DoorDash should have their business somewhere, where they can cook not some young ladies just making anything in the back. They could not have been no older than 16-18 years old.

Wings were very good (bone-in and boneless). Love the curly fries. But the best part was the ordering and pickup experience, which was awesome. Definitely excited to try more of the flavors.

We decided to order through DoorDash. We ordered 18 bone-in wings and 22 boneless wings. When the order arrived (after waiting an hour) the bone-in wings were completely missing. And half of the boneless wings were missing. We went through DoorDash again to wait another hour for the food to be made and redelivered. They finally show up and the wings aren’t cooked the whole way through. We spent over $60 on our order and quite frankly, the food, the service, and the wait was absolutely not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money.

U shouldn’t have wings in your name if u can’t cook wings correctly. Wings were undercooked and soggy, fries had been sitting for at least 30 minutes. Complete waste of 20$, overpriced btw, for the cheapest meat u can get.

Great food, however the biggest turn-off is they told me when I picked up the order for future orders by phone I have to order from the Door Dash App. The service may be top notch but it defeats the purpose of ordering to pick up yourself when your only 10 minutes away.
