Initially I wanted to eat inside and I love Chilis but wasn’t aware this is just another brand under Chilis. That aside, if the food says it will be ready by a certain time, it should be ready. No one bothered to tell us it would be longer. I checked by phone in my parking spot 3x and waited 22mins past the latest delivery pickup estimate. My wife got out and went inside hoping that would help, but numerous people were waiting and orders placed for food delivery services were being canceled by others due to the wait.

Placed my order at 4:16pm. Had to go inside and pick it up. Didn’t receive it until 5:09pm. Worker’s sitting and eating. Pick up service no was working behind the count. Work area nasty. Kitchen staff playing and no hair covering. Asked to speak with Manger he never came out

Tried this place for the first time. Made a delivery order and received it 1.5 hrs after I ordered and everything was completely cold. $40.00 plus worth of food wasted. Can’t tell you if the food was good or not because a microwave can’t fix curly fries and made boneless wings rubbery so it was a no go for me.

They gave me the wrong order. Awesome everything in the bag was correct because the ticket on the bag matched my order. I get home everything’s wrong except for the sauces on the side. I was going to recommend this place for work orders but never mind.
