Normally, “it’s just wings” does a decent job of making the order enjoyable. But this time it was simply disappointing. I go to pick up my food and enter my parking spot at the check-in spots. I wait about eight minutes before double checking that I actually checked— in something told me to just go in and pick up the order for myself so I turn off the car, and go in of course, my order is just sitting there, getting cold.

I order from this restaurant often via DoorDash and it’s always quick and accurate. The wings are great! The only disappointment for me is the garlic parmesan, one of my favorite flavors, doesn’t really have much flavor, so I often go for the Apple BBQ! The curly fries are blah but more edible with ketchup. I would definitely recommend trying out their wings thru DoorDash!

Door dash has a rating of 4.3…not sure how or why. I was starving on my 12 hour shift today. I had an offer for free delivery and wanted some wings. Major mistake! The wings have absolutely no flavor. I wasted $35, and I’m still hungry. I only get 30 minutes on my break. I don’t have time to call for a replacement order or order from somewhere else. Im so disappointed and HUNGRY!

I ordered online and picked up 2 separate orders, both of which had issues. Mine was missing items that were supposed to be included as well as an extra item that I paid for. Both orders were cold and soggy, barely if not entirely unfit to eat. Fries were cold and soggy from steaming in the box, and I arrived earlier than the posted time for my order.

My order was cancelled at the time it was supposed to be delivered and then they don’t answer phone. Even got a message from delivery driver saying he was close prior to my order being cancelled. Horrible service!
