I made an order of wings, fries, cheesecake and a sause that costed extra and only received wings that were not fully coated and the cheesecake. I spent $20 of my hard earned money just to get half of what i ordered! Ridiculous really

Ordered wings through DoorDash from this place and they were disgusting. They weren’t evenly coated and the apple BBQ sauce was weird and tasted more like pie filling than BBQ sauce. The fries were stale and the small container wasn’t even half full. The drinks were watery and flavorless. On top of it all they forgot my desserts that ordered. I can understand that mistakes happen but this meal was just horrible all around.

First time ordering dinner from this place. Never heard of it prior to seeing it on Doordash today. The food was good but I didn’t get the dessert I ordered or the 2 additional dipping sauces. But Doordash didn’t hesitate to refund that portion.

Ordered via Doordash for pick up, me and my friend. Just Wing combos, with fried Oreos on the side. It was a very disappointing meal all around: the fries were stale and old, the drinks were flat and I don’t even know if they were sodas, the Oreos were burnt with no batter on them at all we had to peel the batter off to just make them edible. Gets at least one star cause the wings were cooked very well, although we didn’t get any of the additional sauces we ordered which cost extra.

Customer service there is unbelievably terrible. Had a huge order for wings to watch a game for boneless and traditional. Only traditional wings and didn’t even put the sauces on the side that were an extra charge. Tried to call and speak to the manager to figure something out, placed on hold and the call was dropped twice. (Twenty minute hold each). Honestly ridiculous, wings aren’t worth the terrible service. Spend your money elsewhere.

Wouldve given 5 stars had I received everything I ordered. I ordered via DoorDash. I ordered extra ranch and didnt get any at all, nor did I get any napkins or ketchup. Normally I wouldnt complain but I’m staying in a hotel for work in a town I’m not familiar with. And the fact that I paid for extra ranch is kind of irritating. But it is what it is.
