They used to be the best hands down but everytime I order food at night its trash. Need to get rid of that night crew or retrain. I’m tired of missing my sauce cups I pay for and there isn’t enough sauce on the chicken. Its mostly bare. Also isn’t it supposed to come with Ranch? 11pc for $10?

I have ordered from here 3 times with mixed results. When delivered through Doordash the food arrived cold both times but when I picked up myself it was fine. When the food was cold I threw it in the air fryer and the problem was solved. I have liked all the flavored sauces but none of the dry rubs. The smoked wings look and taste the same as the regular wings but I thought they were good and reasonably moist. You aren’t going to find a better price for wings which is the biggest factor for me personally and I don’t care that their kitchen is within a Chili’s. I plan to order from them again but I will probably stick to pickup instead of delivery.

The “business” is inside Chili’s. They will not let you order inside. You have to do it online. Makes you go through doordash. Hate the business concept and took my business down the road.
