This was my first time trying to eat here, new to Greenville. I didn’t see previous review before going unfortunately. I was soooo disappointed, because the prices are amazing. The fries were super soggy and just not edible. I got the wrong flavor wings from what I ordered and many of them were very undercooked. I was able to get a refund and customer service experience was honestly great. I just hate that someone ate wings that weren’t cooked. It’s not only disgusting but unsafe. No excuse

Wings were great and so were the fries they were well sauced and seasoned. Would recommend but suggest asking for extra ranch. Only two came with 22 wings and they were big wings(boneless).

Wings are TRASH!!!! If I can still see pink and little feathers on my wings I DO NOT WANT THEM. And tasted like they were fried in burnt grease. Chili’s should be ashame to have that mess associated with them. Poor customer service when you call the provided number online. Never ever again.

Was encouraged to try this place no doubt the wings are good. But the service I had today was not what I expected. I did curbside pickup and unfortunately I had to go in and get my food. I watched the young lady as I pulled up and did as I was told for curbside pickup. I waited and about 6 minutes later still nothing so I went inside to hear and see she was having a conversation and not even paying attention that I had been sitting outside waiting for someone to bring my food. As I notice my food was sitting on the counter. Wings good fries not good was soggy.

Just in Greenville for the week ordered the wings through DoorDash and they were terrible. The wings were enormous in size and were not cooked all the way. The chicken skin was gooey and not crispy. The ranch was watered down everything I ordered was terrible. I ended up throwing it all away. Would never order again.

If I could rate it 0, I would. First, within 10 minutes of trying a little of each wing flavor and fries, I was doubled over on the floor in excruciating pain. I ended up in the ER and was diagnosed with food poisoning.

We ordered wings because the prices were so cheap, we thought it was too good to be true. Turns out we were right. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Their only delivery method is doordash, the dasher gave us McAlister’s Deli, couldn’t contact the dasher, doordash couldn’t refund us because Its Just Wings processed the payment. Called and called the restaurant, no one picked up, so I went to the store, no one at the counter for 13 minutes, called while I was there and listened to the phone ring endlessly and someone say “Just hang uuup! Cant you tell we’re busy?”, flagged someone down and she called a manager – manager never came out of the kitchen, but instead she took my name and email on a scrap receipt and “he said hed send you a refund”. Couldn’t replace an order at the counter, have to reorder online. I accepted, stupidly, thinking they would honor the refund and reordered. Never heard anything again. ________Average wings not worth the 3 hours of work and $60 to get them. If youre going to order from here, literally just make the 10 min drive and pick it up, don’t get scammed________

All I can say is these reviews don’t lie, simply put save your money at all costs. I ordered online, when arrived I pulled into the to go lot as I was told, not long after I received a text message saying my order was ready so I pressed the link and gave them the spot I was sitting in, 40mins later still no food, the restaurant was completely empty, so I decided to call and see what’s going on, was told by the worker they don’t deliver food curbside to go even though the website says so and the text message I received said so. So I showed this and was told he don’t care because they are short staffed and he don’t get paid enough to walk my food out to the car, so I grabbed my receipt and scratched my tip off of it I also left the food, I mean why would I want wings that’s being sitting over an hour, they were soggy and well under sauced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE AT WAFFLE HOUSE, which is saying alot.
