Wings were delicious. The service was slow. We were charged for refills on our Cokes (2). It took 38 minutes to get our check and pay. I recommend this business because of the great food. The rest could have been because of a bad day. I’ll be back for another chance.

The food was good customer service was good If something was wrong they fixed it right away like the drinks tasted funny they fixed it right away I did the mistake that Idaho ordered the wings without the sauce on them the manager stepped up and ordered me the wings without the sauce on them right away My dad’s steak We ask for my mom and dad’s day to Well done just below that I don’t know how to say that But my dad was a little bit bloody but they came and took it and fixed it right away and tell me the service list bus good they fixed it The only surprise to me when I got there was I’ve been going to chiles for years because I lived around the corner for the last 15 years and they always had the 2 for 25 When I went there they said that they weren’t doing that anymore it has been like a year that I haven’t been there maybe a little more It was a little bit of a surprise but The food was great but we always like the 2 for 25 because you can get a lot of different things get 2 orders and get different things and bring home now not having that they are available changes things But now we know Experience was nice And the manager in the Service was very good Things happen as long as they fix it right way that’s that’s just good Thank you

The receipt and sign say wait and our Team Member will come out to assist you. After waiting almost 15 minutes past the time the order was to be ready I walked inside to see what was going on. The lady said she didn’t have time to look outside to see if I was there and she said she was working on my order. I looked down on a shelve labeled Doordash and there sat my order. I asked her how long it had been sitting and she then said, oh I just put it there. Cold wings and rubbery fries, I don’t think so. Then she got snotty with me, and gave me a sarcastic “have a good day”, I told her not to worry, she wouldn’t be seeing me again.

I was going to place an order for delivery. NONE of the sites offer for special requests. There is NO option to request all flats or all drums. This is very strange for a Wing place. Tried to write the company about my concern but no option on their website for that either. So I leave this here in hopes the company will fix the issue.

Food is good but the times are never right . Tells me to pick up @1:28 pm it’s now 1:51 pm. I’ve been here since my pick up time and no one has even acknowledged I’m here. Yes I checked in to the app. Some one should have told me there was gonna be a delay or something. You order ahead to save time not sit in their parking lot ♀️
