I did not look at the ratings before ordering from here and that was a huge mistake. This place has a bad rating for a reason. They completely messed up the order, we ordered BBQ wings and got two orders of some type of extremely spicy wings. My wife cannot eat anything spicy so it completely ruined the meal for us.

Very disappointed in entire experience. I ordered garlic parm, Buffalo and ranch seasoned and got what tasted like plain chicken nuggets from Walmart. The fries were undercooked and as you can see the sauce exploded in the boxes making everything worse.

Do not recommend, they mess up your order and then it’s a whole process to get your order. They have Doordash’s number blocked so when you contact Doordash to help fix your order, they’re unable to reach the restaurant. Like I ordered what I ordered because I have mouths to feed and now I have a person that didn’t get their food because someone either can’t count or is so ready to go home that they’ve already checked out from their job. Ordered garlic parmesan and they gave me buffalo. Ordered 2 quantities, and they gave me just 1. 0/10 if I could.

Wings RAW…completely raw…I should have read the reviews. Both mine and my sons chicken were ALL raw. Fries were okay but then again, how can you get fries wrong. BEWARE!!!!

Hate to do this but I’m so disappointed with our order. Undercooked bone in wings we had to recook. Boneless wings soggy and taste like they came from a bag of frozen chicken nuggets. That wouldn’t be so bad if there was ranch. I think that’s what aggravates me the most. Future reference poke holes in styrofoam to let condensation not build up and make food soggy. This is constructive criticism. We ordered through DoorDash and the order came pretty quick. That was the only plus.

I will never order from here again. The boneless wings literally tasted like they came out of a frozen Tyson bag. I ordered garlic parmesan and I didn’t taste anything but some weird spice. The curly fries were OK, there certainly are better curly fries out there. The boneless wings left an awful after taste in my mouth. I should have read the reviews of this before I placed my order. This was first and last time ever ordering from here again. Very dissatisfied.

Food was expected to be done by 6:59pm today… got there and waited until 7:30pm and that’s when i got my food. I ordered at 6:40pm ish. That’s almost an HOUR it took to cook 8 wings and some fries! Finally got home and was excited to eat my wings…. Haven’t had them in awhile… just to find out my wings were 80% FAT. Called and spoke to the manger, who offered me coupons instead of my money back, even after i told him I’m not going to eat them and that I’ll never be back… he proceeded to tell me to give them to someone else, and that’s when i said i won’t recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of $14. This was my first time AND the last time I’ll order from here. I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing wings. I HIGHLY recommend Rachel’s Wing Shack in deland for those of you who want wings. They’re 12x better than this place, well really they’re the only great wing place I’ve ever eaten at.
