This is one of those “digital restaurants” that happens to be inside chili’s but every time I’ve ordered from them, my food has been cooked to death. I’m assuming they have frozen wings and fries that they fry or microwave separate from the Chili’s menu, but for the price, they should put a little more care into the preparation

The lemon pepper wasn’t as good as expected and the chocolate dessert is almost like it’s stuffed with pudding (it was okay but I won’t be ordering that again) Other than that the other 3 flavors we got were delicious (especially the Sriracha flavor!!) fries had the sauce on them which was okay but I’d definitely say having separation would be nice with foil or somethingSo half aren’t soggy and soaked.

I ordered boneless wings and curly fries through Uber eats . I only live 3 mins from there . Uber eats picked it up and came straight to my house. They boneless wings looked like McDonald’s nuggets, and they were still frozen in the middle ! The fries were stale and cold as well. That was my first time eating from here and needless to say my last! There is noway my food could get that cold with Uber delivering such a short distance . It was the worst food ever.

Garlic parm wings did not taste AT ALL like garlic parm wings! Orange & spicy with no parmesan OR garlic flavor. Called to verify & YES, that was their version. Wings were fatty as well & fries were cold & chewy. Unbelievable waste of $35. Never again.

I called several times and someone kept picking the phone up and hanging up on purpose. How do you guys say press 1 for questions but purposely keep hanging on a customer it’s ridiculous and so unprofessional. This is my first time trying them. I’ll come back and leave a review once I taste the food. Hopefully it’s worth the hassle.

I’ve ordered more than 5 times and never had an issue as Doordash delivered there food however Doordash is no longer available and now you have to pick up your order. Never knew where the location was and it doesn’t state that this business is actually chili’s. Angry at the fact I drove around for 20 mins without a clue that it’s right in front of my face I receive my food absolutely cold, soggy fries wings dry and overcooked absolutely unsatisfied. Can’t even speak to a manager to explain issue. Entire order now in the trash. and still have a hungry family.
