I Ordered the 11 wings and received them cold, and hard as a brick. Hard to believe since my dasher was exceptionally fast getting it here. My Fries were lukewarm. I ordered an extra ranch dipping sauce and did not receive that nor the dipping sauce that came with it. The southwest Cajun dry rub was exactly that, dry. No “spice or heat” like stated. Terrible first experience and it seems a lot of people are having the same issues. Can’t say I’ll order again

I order 16 wings i paid for extra sauce did not get what i paid for. I really like there wings love there sauce. I order dessert i did not even get that. Yall have to do better. Because the refunds door dash gave me was trash. So do better please

Ordered through DoorDash for curbside pickup. We were told it would take 20-30 minutes for the order to be ready. My wife arrived there approximately 25 minutes after we placed the order. The directions on DoorDash state to park and someone will come out and meet you at your car. My wife waited 10 minutes with no one coming out and then had to call only to be told she had to come in to pickup the order. She brought our very young son thinking she wouldn’t have to get out of the car, but had to unpack him out (in the rain mind you) and and take him in and then get him back in the car afterwards. That led to our food sitting and waiting longer than it should have been. By the time she got home, her food (bone in wings) was lukewarm at best, all the fries were beyond soggy and falling apart (containers had no vent holes to allow steam out), and we realized they forgot to put her ranch dipping sauce in her order.
