Had this a few times before and really liked the wings. This time it is horrible. The wings look and taste like wings you buy out of the grocery store freezer section. Don’t bother adding ranch or blue cheese to your order. You’ll pay for it and never receive it. I’m disappointed because I wanted this place to succeed but you’ll be better off sticking to hooters, wing zone or buffalo wild wings.

Man where do I start with this place? I ordered wings off of their website a while back, and my ordered got messed up. NBD, it happens, so I decided to give them a second shot. Ordered some wings again, and, once again, my order showed up completely wrong. I called them and they told me to call my door dash person and have them come get them and bring them back, and they would swap them out for the correct order. I told them I didn’t have time for that, and that I just wanted a refund because I was on my lunch break and had to go back to work soon. They tried to offer me a gift certificate instead, and I refused, because I was already fed up. FINALLY they said they would get me a refund, and that it would reflect on my account in a day or two. Well, a couple of days goes by, and I check my bank account… Not only did I not get my refund, but they CHARGED ME TWICE INSTEAD!! So now they are not wanting to refund me, and I’m going to have to go through my bank and dispute the charges, and get a new debit card, because that’s part of that process, etc… All because of some wings… AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Decided to stop by for lunch and a drink today. Sat myself and my friend at the bar. It was about 15 minutes before the bar tender showed up. She took our drink order immediately and precedes to make them. After she made our drinks, she started to bring them to us, but turned around. She sat our drinks at the end of the bar, went to the kitchen for a few minutes and came out with food for a table. Then walked around the bar, so we left. This isn’t the 1st time I had horrible service with them. I honestly don’t know why I keep trying to go in there!!!

Literally the worst wing experience I’ve ever had. Tried to order wings from website and kept getting “order processing”. I soon then get a notification saying my refund will return to me in 7-10 businesses days!!!!! I barely spent 7-10 dollars!!!! I then try to order in the restaurant and they say online is literally the only way. Well if online doesn’t work how the hell do you order!?!?
