This is actually a Chili’s, not a local wing place like I thought. It took us so long to find the place (there was no signage until you get into the parking lot and in a curbside pickup spot. Those signs have a small It’s Just Wings logo printed on the curbside pickup sign. My boyfriend went inside to pick up the order because when we tried calling the phone number from the website, it went to a Chili’s automated system, so no way to get help with our order. When my boyfriend went inside, he made eye contact with the person working the curbside to go area and the person just turned and walked away. He had to wait until they got back to figure out where our food was located. By the time we got home, the food was so cold . I had the apple BBQ sauce Wings and the sauce was good. Just too many things that need fixed. Certainly needs more clearly marked. There is no way to know you should be looking for a different restaurant.

When reading the reviews, I was a little hesitant. I was actually pleased with my order. The boneless wings were huge. Flavor was good. Only negative is the breading on the wings not as crispy as I would prefer. Loved the fries.

Got the barbecue/apple wings. Wings are okay, definitely not something I would come back for. They are small and really wet. The fries are curly (think arbys) and are really solid.

Wings were Crispy, Saucy, and delicious! Very much enjoyed the Habanero Mango wings and the Honey Siracha wings! My kids LOVED the Dry Rubbed Ranch and the Garlic Parmesan!

Tried somebody new, love BW3 saved a little money but threw it all away and ended up ordering BW3 anyway! it’s gross do not order wings from this place, soggy bone in, hard as a Rick boneless both with no flavor, watered down ranch dressing! The fries we didn’t order were actually the only good thing we ate!

It’s just bad. Both the wings and fries tasted like bad, old, and/or rancid oil. The fries were also overcooked and nearing a burnt taste. The wings were poorly sauced, there were multiple wings that barely had any evidence of sauce at all. The buffalo sauce was fine, but the garlic parm was not good, kind of bitter or sour, but maybe that was the bad oil. And on top of all that, there were errors with my order, bone-in instead of boneless, which also means fewer wings. Isn’t this all you do? How can it be so bad? I’ve never left a wing order unfinished until now.

Absolutely disgusting. Food was smushed, wings super dry, and delivery came without the drink. Door dash couldn’t locate the order because it was ordered through the just wings site, delivery facilitated by just wings with doordash. Phone number doesn’t work, have to call chili’s otherwise it directs you to an invalid number.
