This is Chili’s so not sure why it’s called this. I guess they do have wings. This place isn’t as good as it once was. Never too busy and quality of food seems to have gone down. One thing I will say that is still decent are the burgers. The salsa was even different and seemed watered down. Hopefully things will get better and we will try it again.

One of my wings had a big ol’ tuft of deep fried down still on it. How do you miss that? Also, how do you make potatoes depressing? The serving of curly fries they sent us looked less than a handful, like a garnish for looks and they were absolutely soggy and room temperature.

Beware, this food is extremely nasty. The chicken was dry. The fries were hard. Also, it’s an affiliate of Chili’s so depending on how you pay, they might not issue a refund. We were able to get a refund because we paid online. It’s weird because the food was cooked by Chili’s. I would assume the food would taste better. I will never eat here again.

I ordered two 11 piece wing meals. It was over a half hour late, and the food was cold all except for ONE order of fries. My chicken and other set of fries were soggy after being drowned in sauce. And again. Cold food because we waited over a half hour and never got curbside. Very disappointed.

First time ordering from It’s Just Wings after seeing it pop up on Google Maps. Didn’t realize they were inside the Chili’s before that. The order process was pretty straightforward – you can’t call them and have to order online – and I was given a pickup time and instructed to pull in to the Chili’s-To-Go parking space so they could bring my order out to me. The sign in the space stated that an employee would be out to take care of my order.

Sprites had zero flavor and all carbonation,wings barely had sauce on them and we ordered additional sauce and it was not in order. Called the restaurant to fix problem and they said they are not responsible and I need to contact door dash. The only way you can order from here is through door dash that I know of. I assume this is why quality is so poor. They do not have to answer to poor customer service and quality.

Not bad! The wings were good! Fries were fine! Nothing to write home about but a good value for your buck. I will say they were very busy but the girl was really helpful. I waited a few minutes then went inside to get the order and it was ready. The signs said to hang in the car but it’s a pandemic and they are very busy so i just went in it was no problem. Keeping in mind how busy they were and that we are all human my order came out correctly despite an error on my part and food was still hot and was ready when I arrived. Staff was also very helpful. I would eat here again.

Don’t be fooled any rating over 1 star is a bot or a review from when they first opened and it has not been good since.Every order I have gotten has missing items and the wings and fries are never in edible condition I can do pick up , I’ve done delivery I’ve even sat in and ate and all attempts to give this place a chance has failed.
