Normally have a great experience each time. This time though they completely forgot any sauce on an 11 count wing. My boyfriend still ate about half, because we did spend money on them after all, but we are not happy whatsoever. When I called they used the “new cook” excuse (I have worked in restaurants, I know what that excuse really is, they just simply forgot and weren’t paying attention.) after they gave me that excuse I was IMMEDIATELY hung up on without being able to say anything other than “okay” before he hung up. Very dissatisfied with this service.

Down right gross. I ordered using DoorDash then immediately called the store to ask that my wings were xtra crisp. The kid on the phone couldn’t get me off fast enough but assured me he would let the kitchen know. I received a soggy fleshy mess that I ended up tossing in the trash. What a shame I should have listened to the other reviews.

We have ordered from here several times and while we normally have a good experience, this time we had multiple wings that weren’t done. They were still bloody. If you’d cook your wings longer they’d also be crispier. And I ordered the southwest Cajun because I wanted hotter than buffalo and it wasn’t spicy at all and hardly covered. If you really do have a new cook, I’d suggest getting a different one. Your reviews have plummeted the last few months for similar things.

We were extremely disappointed in our experience. First of all, when you order online, it doesn’t tell you anywhere that you’re going to be picking up your food from a Chili’s location so I had to call the phone number once I had arrived to find that out. The fries were decent but soggy when we got them home (which was not too much of a surprise). The wings we’re the biggest disappointment, however. And if your business name is “it’s just wings” that probably should be your specialty. The wings with a rub had absolutely no flavor and the ones with sauce were very lightly flavored. We got both smoked and regular bone-in wings. The smoked flavor taste more like they were cooked on a charcoal grill… not the smoky flavor you expect to get. We will not be ordering again.

I ordered the wings in the middle of the afternoon to be done at 8 PM. Got a link via text clicked on it told them where I was at and they brought the hot wings straight to my vehicle. Great experience would definitely eat these again! I felt it was a great value for all the food

By far the worst place to get wings in Iowa, they were not fully cooked in the inside and there was barely any sauce I could not tell which wings were which until I read the paper. Do not come here at all, save your time, your energy, and your money unless you want to eat wings that you won’t enjoy.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I just ordered lemon pepper and apple bbq wings from them through door dash. I bit into one of the lemon pepper wings and it was still bloody. It was absolutely disgusting! The fries were saturated in grease. I called them to inform them of this horrible experience and the gentlemen that answered the phone says hello and not the name of the business. I’m thinking I dialed the wrong #. Manager questions me after I said the wings were not done by asking me the wings are not done? Of course not. This place is terrible. I will definitely not be ordering again. Save your money people. Go elsewhere!

This is my second time ordering from here! The first time was at 10pm on a Friday night! I wasn’t expecting much but I was surprised!! I got the wing combo, wings and curly fries and a coke for $10! Both fresh, they taste good and the price is spot on! I’ll be ordering again!
