Very disappointed in the service as well as the food. Placed an order online and it was ready 2 minutes early, great, but once we got there and checked in, it was a 15 minute wait, even after checking in twice. Just to have to go in and get the food that was just sitting there on the counter. No one even acknowledged our existence, nor did they greet us. Awful service and due to that the food was cold and soggy. It was disappointing in it’s own right because the wings were barely sauced and mostly dry.

My first time ordering from this restaurant (Fairview Heights, IL) my food was horrible. The bone in wings were undercooked and the boneless wings were hard and overcooked. The fries were old like they were cooked earlier in the day and the just gave us what they had. We had sauced wings and they put the chicken and fries in the same container and just poured sauce on everything. The fries were drowning in the sauce. They completely just threw our food together and sent it out. I did order through door dash but DoorDash did not cook or prepare our food. My family could not consume the food. Complete waste of my money. I want my order replaced or my money back.

These wings are garbage. They picked the correct name it’s just wings, because they definitely aren’t seasoned. I ordered a 32 piece bone in and they only included one ranch. They also put the fries that come with your order in the boxes with your wings. It definitely keeps them nice and soggy.

I ordered bone in Cajun wings and instead I received boneless breading. Plus the food was super cold, no fault to the driver since the restaurant is only an exit over. The Hershey pie… don’t waste your calories it’s below subpar

Great Wings. I love ordering some from Door Dash while I prepare my air fryer because my food is going to arrive cold. I appreciate that extra sauce is only 50 cents because every time I order I get half-dry wings. They taste good though, try the Honey sriracha.

Getting party wings from the frozen section at Aldi’s and microwaving them would be better than what I just got. Soggy old fries, soggy undercooked wings. How are they even still in business with quality like this? Super Disappointed.
