Ordered a Togo order. They didn’t give me the 3 extra ranch THAT I PAID FOR. I ordered honey chipotle tenders, gave me a tiny to go sauce cup HALF FULL of the sauce. They didn’t even put it on the tenders. The sauce cup covered 1 of 4 wings. Do better because that was the crappiest service ever

I went to place a to go order but was not able to. I’m not impressed. You MUST place the order on togo or doordash but it is inside chili’s. I have to pay the fees when I’m here and can pick it up. You can order chili’s normal wings but you cannot order “It’s just wings” wings. Are you kidding me?

Tried to order from this place (you have to order thru Door Dash). As soon as I put the order in it was immediately cancelled due to the restaurant not being able to fulfill my order? So I walk into Chili’s to ask about it (cause according to the restaurant that’s where you’re supposed to pick it up). They had never heard of this place and were confused. Found someone who knew what I was talking about and said there was a separate door for it, even tho there’s not a single sign. I call the number on the website to ask why my order was cancelled and the person who picked up said the number was for Chili’s!! I would’ve needed to contact Its Just Wings thru Door Dash and at that point I was over it. I don’t recommend this place. It’s a disaster.
