Ordered online and waited for 40 minutes just for them to tell me 40 minutes later hey your orders cancelled. Had a party of people waiting for the wings to arrive. Disappointing, go to Wing Stop instead.

It’s NOT Just Wings. It’s Chili’s disguised as a ghost kitchen. The wings were horrible. The steam from the box made the wings soggy and the fries in the box were like wet sponges. They put the ranch dressing in the middle of the hot wings and the fries so when we got home the ranch dressing was hot and not appealing. The extra sauces I ordered were not in the bag. The curbside service was confusing as it states to “wait here and someone will be with you shortly” No one came out of the restaurant, so we eventually went in. Rethink your packaging and be honest with your guest as in ” Just Wings by Chili’s” We will rethink before we order from here again.

Did not realize this was Chili’s when I ordered online..Ok no problem, but the wings were so dry they practically disintegrated in my mouth…Fries were cold and I picked up the order on time….That’s what I get for bailing on Wingstop..
