DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!!! They over charge, underdeliver and when you call to speak with a manager you get put on hold and THEY DON’T EVEN GET THE MANAGER. Maybe I was too black or too upset at being ripped off. Or MAYBE the young man doesn’t know how to deal with a dissatisfied customer so he throws people on hold and walks away. And admits to the manager how filthy of an employee he is.

I placed my order online and it wasn’t until I hit pay that I noticed they added in a tip of $8.50 without my consent or permission. Whatever, but then I got the wings and they were dry, very little sauce and mushed into a box with the fries. The fries were soggy from being mushed in with the wings. Lastly, after all that, there was no ranch in any of the 3 orders. You’re going to steal $8.50 from me and forget that dang ranch? I would not recommend.

First let me say I was pretty irritated to only find out after paying and going to pick up my order that this is just Chillis and not an independent wing restaurant. However, the wings were pretty good I do have to say. The fries were not my favorite but all in all I’d give it abou 3 stars because outside of this being super misleading, the wings are pretty good.

Absolutely awful. This is not an independent wing restaurant like what it appears to be when you pull it up. It’s just chilies. It doesn’t even tell you under after you place the order. If I wanted chili’s I would have gone to chili’s. The wings were dry and hard as a rock, they were ALL drums (no flats????) the Buffalo sauce wasn’t even tossed on all the wings and the fries were soaked in the Buffalo sauce, no separation what so ever, the ranch was watery and literally dripping off the fries. They also forgot silverware and napkins of any kind. I would have asked for a refund right then and there but it’s not the servers fault and they were clearly busy with real chillies orders.

Greqt wings. My wife had the lemon pepper and I had the honey chipotle. Only reason not 5 stars is the deception. It’s Chili’s!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for lying. Thought I was supporting a small business Thanks for the reply but in Door Dadh, there is no mention of it.
