First of all, you should know that this company is a virtual wing restaurant that is owned by and operated inside Chili’s. I say this because they don’t make that clear anywhere, including in the “About Us” portion. They clearly omit it for a reason.

Threw my extra ranch cups in the bottom of the bag and put food on top of them. It popped them open and cover all the food in ranch. Followed by my car seat as it seeped out of the bag. Called the manager and his response was “thanks for your feedback”. No apology or a concern for correction. Just lost a regular..Thanks for the ranch with a side of wings
