You should be both ashamed and embarrassed. First of all having to disguise yourself under another brand to try to trick those that already refuse to eat at Chili’s. Way to not be proud of your brand. Service was not according to directions given on order receipt. Waited for a long time without attendance and had to go in to pick up delivery. Wings are small and severely lacking flavor. Curly fries weren’t even worth the calories. Will not be ordering again.

Horrible wings, bone in and boneless. Both were hard and overcooked and the cook literally threw a splash of bbq sauce on the apple bbq wings. The fries were overcooked and hard as well. This is literally the worst wing experience I’ve ever had in my 36 years living here in Houston!
