They should change the name of the restaurant to “It’s Just Chili’s” because that’s what it is. It’s another company jumping on the trend of creating a fake restaurant name and pretending it’s a separate business. It’s literally just wings from chili’s (that weren’t great by the way). I should’ve gone on the company’s website and read the “about us” page before ordering to find that out, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable for people to not think to do that before ordering from a restaurant. Won’t be going back here again, and I probably won’t be ordering from chili’s again either (which is a shame because I like chili’s, but I won’t go if it means not supporting this stupid move by the restaurant)

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered 32 bone in wings that were completely soggy & undercooked. Had to throw away everything. The fries weren’t even half way decent. Now I have to go through DoorDash to try and get a refund. There is no number to call this place and talk to them directly. Very disappointing, wish I looked this place up and saw all the terrible reviews before I ordered.

Ordered 32 bone in wings and they were the worst wings I’ve ever eaten. I hate wasting food but between 4 of us we will be throwing away half the wings. After eating a couple of wings we noticed a jelly like substance which we thought was just fat at first but it was in every bite. Absolutely disgusting and not worth the almost $60 bill. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wow!!!!! It’s pouring out & late around 9:30pm and we decided to doordash some wings. No high expectations whatsoever & this blew me away! BIG wings, not stingy on sauces & it WAS FRESH AS HELL!!!! I got the naked, smoked wings and an order of the garlic parmesan and both are amazing. We definitely will be back in person or door dash again!

Just ordered for the 1st time. DoorDash service was prompt and the dasher was friendly. However I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings only to open the box and see 8 naked/plain wings which was very disappointing. Called the restaurant to report the error but my call was never answered. I know I could have requested a refund from DoorDash but it wasn’t their fault I didn’t receive what I ordered. Note, the container receipt showed Garlic Parmesan so the error happened in the restaurant.
