Don’t know why this place isn’t 5 stars. Never stepped for inside but have ordered this on uber maybe 20 times over the last few months and it’s always the bomb, gets there with all items, it’s almost always still really hot (that’s a win for uber), and flavors are on point. Will be coming back until they do something egregious, will update if needed. As of 5 July 22 though it’s still the best wings place in cibolo schertz and UC that I’ve found.

I ordered for the 1st time tonight and sadly I was very disappointed. I ordered garlic parmesean and lemon pepper wings. They were horrible. I don’t know if what they sent me were garlic parmesean or it was another flavor because they tasted nothing like garlic parmesean. It was so terrible I couldn’t eat them. The lemon pepper flavor were burned and salty. I will never order again. I hope this was an isolated incident and that others have a better experience than me. I wasted money on what should have been my dinner for 3 days.

Wings were undercooked. I called and was given a new order. The wings were good and crispy as requested. I am not keen on the ordering online process. You are unable to leave special instructions of how you want your order cooked. My husband prefers his wings extra crispy and you are unable to request online.

Yuck, just yuck. Was I just bamboozled by chili’s?? Really?! If I would’ve known these wings were chili’s and not an actual chicken wing spot, I would not have ordered them. Fatty and gummy chicken wings are not my thing. The pics they post look nice and crispy, these were absolutely nasty.

This was our first time trying It’s Just Wings and we were very disappointed. Wings were soggy and very fatty. We were unable to eat a lot of what we ordered due to the fat on them. It was very unappetizing. Unfortunately, we probably won’t try it out again.

They had terrible service. Took 20 minutes longer than the time they gave us for it to be ready and messed up our order. They couldn’t give us a time of how long it would be to remake it. So we sat and waited for them to remake it. Update: they MESSED UP our remake
