I literally just got them delivered to me and the order isn’t even right and 8 of my wings aren’t even flavored, they’re just plain fried chicken wings. Gross!! What a waste of my money!! I’d give -10 stars if I could!

Ordered delivery from here and the Parmesan wings were just gross. I couldn’t even eat them. They had a really bad taste to them like they were burnt. I am thinking the oil they were fried in was old or something.

This is just a Chili’s… After calling in and realizing that I need to go to the Chili’s to pick up my order, I sat outside for 12 minutes as no one came out to greet me or notify me of when my food would be ready. Called in to ask about my order and the phone just continued ringing. I went inside and asked about my order and it had been sitting on a to go rack for the last 15 minutes. Food was cold and service was poor.

Not happy with “it’s just wings” not having any kind of instructions that’s it’s “chilli’s” very frustrating driving in circles looking for something that doesn’t exist! There should be clear signage or communication that it’s the chilli’s I could’ve saved a lot of time driving in circles looking for “it’s just wings!”

Can’t place an order over the phone for pickup nor go to the restaurant an order in person…???!?!?!?!? You have to order through door dash. I’ve never heard of such a place. That’s bad for business in my opinion.

Apparently this is just a front for chili’s seems pretty misleading to make people think they’re getting one thing but they’re actually getting something else. I would never willingly eat chili’s food so I feel personally offended by this showing up on my Google maps
