We keep going back because my son loves their honey Siracha. Prior times the wings were undercooked and chewing at times. Knowing this I called Chili’s (Just wings is inside the restaurant )after placing my order (tonight)and asked the girl/lady for extra crispy on the wings. Again undercooked! No more! It should be noted the staff were friendly.

They used to be so good. Over time declined. Last time was my breaking point. My boneless wings were literally the size of A quarter and hard as a rock. They refused a refund. Bone in wings were small and weren’t cooked properly. Absolutely disgusting food. The fries has weird grainy stuff all over them and were also over cooked. Everything was unedible

All of my wings were burnt. All of my son’s boneless wings were overcooked. I called and was told the manager was too busy to take my call and I complained through UE too. Then I tried to salvage my dinner by eating the pie I ordered and they gave me the wrong flavor.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered a 32 piece and the wings were covered in inch long feathers still on them. When I spoke with the management at Chilis, they tried to make me contact door dash, even though I didn’t use door dash. If you are looking for good wings don’t go here!
