I had to leave at least 1 star. Wings tasted like microwaved Buffalo wings from Walmart. Curly fries tasted like they been sitting out for a day or so. Absolutely disgusting and waist of 43 dollars. Will never get wings or fries from them again. Place was disgusting

We have ordered twice from this place now and we found out they are actually located in the Greeley Chili’s restaurant. So a heads up that you cannot modify your order once you place it. However, once you know that you can just be really thorough and how you order. The wings here are superior to any other place that we have had in that they are very big and juicy. We have tried the medium traditional sauce and the apple BBQ and both are very good. The apple barbecue almost tastes like it has cinnamon apple sauce in it. Just to give you an idea. I highly recommend trying this place. We had ours delivered through DoorDash and we just put our order in the air fryer for like 5 minutes to crisp everything up.

I used to love this place, but recently the wings have been disappointing. I decided to give them another try and got a burnt cookie that tasted like it had been cooked in grease, and wings were missing the additional sauce I paid for. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

This place used to be so awesome, and offered smoked wings! We are so disappointed with how increasingly bad each time has gotten. We keep trying to give them a chance but this will be our last time. Our wings were so dry and overcooked that they were inedible. This will be our last time ever ordering from Thai place.

Wings were undercooked and bare – no sauce. I used to love this place but it’s been increasingly bad each time I’ve ordered. Last time the fries were completely inedible, hard, chewy and cold. Both times I’ve waited outside far past my pick up time only to walk inside to see everyone standing around while my order sat on the table getting cold. This is my last time ordering from IJW unfortunately.

Today was the first time we ordered from you. I ordered on line. We checked in, spot #2. We watched a girl come out from inside that worked there. The same for we were told we had to come in and pick up for from. There was a curbside pickup sign blown over. We watched her kick it serval times. Never picked it up never put it back in it’s place. Sat out there over 15 minutes. Watched cars come and go. I called. The lady that answered the phone tells me all door dash orders need to picked up inside. I asked for clarification. Told her I did not place a door dash orders nor was I picking up a door dash order. She stated yes you are. I said no, I am sorry I placed an order online. She said well I show it as door dash order but either way we don’t curbside pickup. I asked for clarification, I said I guess I am little a confused. I placed a curbside order. Checked in online to spot #2 and you don’t offer curbside pickup? She said correct. Orders need to be picked up inside. So I sent my husband in to get the order. We got the order home, it was cold. None of the orders had the Ranch dressing in it. It was so cold we had to to put it in the microwave to warm it up. Lost cause. French fries and food awful warmed up. Waste of money and time.

First time ordering from this place to give it a try ill give the wings a 5 but when we grabbed one of our curly fries they where hard as a rock not just one or 2 all of them on both combos wish sucked cause curly fries are the bomb. Plus this was an delivery order. So I suggest when it’s an delivery order make sure the curly fries are fresh. So u won’t have angry customers getting poor food that they paid for.
