I wish I would’ve read the Google reviews and not the doordash reviews. The food at first glance looks awful absolutely disgusting. I regret tasting it the wings were undercooked and the blue cheese had a weird oily, watery, spoiled consistency. The fries were stale and cold. I instantly felt sick. I recommend staying away from this place. Absolutely gross. Also insane that they have not cared to correct this ongoing issue. People getting food poisoning or sick from food, spoiled condiments, stale old fries. Same issues have been going on for over a year.

I am pretty sure this is just chili’s you pick it up from chili’s, kind of sketchy. The fries and wings were both cold. The wings we ordered were lemon pepper and they just had a sprinkle of seasoning on top of what looks like frozen wings.

I ordered bone-in wings and got boneless wings instead, & whatever sauce they put on them was horrible! They gave me one tiny little cup of ranch with it. And they gave me some kind of weird bbq sauce for my fried oreos to dip in, instead of chocolate sauce! I spit it everywhere when I took a bite of it…… Cali was the name of the person who put my order together.

I ordered from their website and apparently they ran out of the sauce that I ordered my wings with. I picked them up and made the mistake of not checking the food in the box. Got back to work and the wings had no sauce on them. It was just plain wings. You would think an employee would let me know that they were out of the sauce… nope I got plain wings instead. I gave them 1 star because I called and got a refund.

I tried It’s Just Wings for the first time about a week ago and I was extremely happy with how the food turned out. I decided to try them out again and I was unhappy with the turnout. All 22 wings were rather cold when I received them and not crisp. I walked into the To-Go area of the restaurant and waited for someone to help me out. Servers walked past more times then I cared to count and after a few minutes, one of them decided to get me some help. That’s just the tip of the iceberg. All 22 wings were rather cold when I received them and not crisp whatsoever. On top of them not being freshly made, they were very poorly sauced and seasoned. None of the wings were evenly coated (both cajun and mango habanero). The curly fries, which I was really looking forward to, were also cold, soggy and distasteful. I am very disappointed with this experience
