I’m not happy about this. I ordered online, I drive 10 mins to get my food, I wait 10 mins just inquiry if my order was ready, they dont have the order. Ok mistakes happen. Not a problem. I ordered and waited….again! I get my order and these are not curly fries. They are burnt dried out fries that are not fresh but look like they came off someone else’s plate. Anybody can tell when food is freshly cooked or has been sitting there. If I had to replace my order when arrived then the food should not be looking like this. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Terrible. Took them 50+ minutes to prepare my order and they never brought the food out carside after waiting 15+ minutes. Had to get my kids out of the car and take them in to get my order, which was missing multiple items and was ice cold. But there was no employees to be found so I just left. Sauces were good, wings were cold and fries were half soggy and half so crispy you couldn’t eat them. I would have asked for a refund and gone elsewhere if I was able to find even a single employee to talk to.

After we checked in it took them 10 minutes to bring out the order. We got the 32 bone in wings. Everything was cold with little sauce on them. The wings were overcooked and they put barley any fries in each. My 3 kids ate a total of 5 wings and my wife ate 2 before they had enough. Very disappointed in the quality, they have been slacking off more and more.

Ordered through DoorDash. Honestly they were pretty good! The fries weren’t soggy, the apple bbq sauce was interestingly good. And they did provide PLENTY of sauce to go with the wings.

DONT ORDER ONLINE WITH THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE!! It will give doordash the wrong address and then and then it’s almost impossible to get ahold of anyone for a refund when you never get your food. Big waist of money

Oof. Wings weren’t ready after 40 minutes. Staff were super nice but you can’t have an estimate of 17 minutes and not start on the order even 40 minutes later. I had them cancel my order.

Always skimps on the sauce, doesn’t send sauce that was paid for because it’s known that they are always skimping the dang sauce! Quit penny pinching and think about your quality all-around. Finding a new wing place.
