This place is Chili’s. Completely confused us when we were trying to find it from Google maps. It’s just Chili’s. We ordered online- said 20 minutes, we found the place after 30 minutes, and waited another 15 more for our food to be brought out. Sauce was really fantastic but it appeared to be prepared by throwing the chicken tenders in a Styrofoam container and then being squirted with the sauce. The “wings” were mostly sauced in squeeze bottle stripes and just on the top layer of food. The sauce is really decent (we did apple bbq-tastes like apple butter, and garlic parmesean) and would have been good if they had tossed them in sauce. Curly fries had sat a bit but were still pretty good. The fry sauce that we got with it was really good. I’d put that stuff on anything. Overall it wasn’t bad but not good enough to go back.

IT’S CHILI’S!!!! Who the H would know that??! No signage or info on the website. Like others, I spent several minutes looking for this place. Oh, and the wings, I ordered bone in and got nuggets. Just go the grocery and use their wing bar. As good or better.

I had high hopes but was let down at the quality, The Wings were dry with no sauce on them! Instead They put a small drizzle of the sauce in the corner of the to go box where it would loosely run around which mixed with the curly fries making them soggy. The side of ranch was watery and thin

If you place an order on the website an hour before they close they won’t make the order or cancel it. The website uses doordash and will just keeps sending door dashers to pick it up when there’s nobody there. They finally canceled it after the 4th door dasher tried to pick it up, around 2 hours after we initially placed the order after saying the entire time that it was going to show up in 5 minutes.

This is just a covert Chili’s. It’s literally located inside Chili’s and the food came out of the same exact kitchen. The wings were dry and the fries were soggy. The deep fried Oreos had too much batter that fell off the Oreo. All in all, I’m so disappointed. The way the menu is written, with it being a limited menu and an unknown name in our town, I thought this was a new, local restaurant. Nope. Will not be ordering again and will not be going to Chili’s just because of this deception. Ridiculous.

Food was good. Server was awesome. A little annoyed that district manager was there & decided to have a meeting right after we got there so we had to wait 10 minutes to order. I placed a to-do order when our food arrived and it never got put in. The server comp’d the to-do ordervsince we had to wait. She was awesome & shouldn’t be blamed for the problems that arise.
