AND BEFORE HAND , this is CHILI’S! The worst experience I have ever had for picking up food. There is no system in place , no order. I was waiting in line to check in and pick up my online order. The person behind me just walked in and looked for his order, got it and took off without checking in. Im not sure if it was even his order. The person behind him , did the same thing. I was never greeted , I was waiting to be greeted , and NOTHING. I had to walk up to the PERSON and had to tell him I was picking up my order. When my order was ready he never called me or check that my order was ready. I had to walk in check it myself and then asked him if it was my order. Very bad management or no management here ! I will never order for pick up AGAIN!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After waiting almost 3 hours for one order of boneless wings and a drink. Not being able to reach anyone to see what was up either. The wrong order was delivered. With no drink, nothing I ordered. They don’t have customer service, no one answers the phones, and the wings arrive cold as hell and 3 hours late. Save yourself the money and literally buy from anywhere else. Never ordering from here again.

Poor coustermer service. Persin taken names for what list. Latino male. Dose not understand Anerican or English….. advise 4x times my name how many in my party. Again ask my name. Phone number? Told +20 mins. Lie. Took +45 mins. Music to load. Orders screw up. How can one screw up on a hamburger? Ask. No tomatoes. No pickles. What I get. Extra tomatoes. Extra pickles. Bathroom. Yiu might as well. Go in the paring lot or go to. Red lobster. To use there bath rooms. Pee. On men’s floors. Pee on toilet seats. Toilet paper on the floors. One falcest working. Other broke. Heard women room worst.
