Simple, good pizza. Placed a takeout order a couple weeks ago and one of the pizzas wasn’t made (I had bad cell service when I ordered so that is probably the reason!). The guy at the counter quickly offered to make it right away, and it only took about 7 minutes. They even helped me carry the pizzas to my car since my toddler was with me. You can see the employees making the pizza behind the open counter, everything looks great. Will be trying other menu options soon!

Great pizza at a great price. I order frequently when I’m at work. Cheaper then most national chains with way better pizza. Also I like some of the unique stuff they offer. The Italian beef meat pie is amazing. It’s like in Italian beef sandwich in a pizza. Highly recommend for any pizza lover downtown or on the west side.

Ordered online and when we got there to pick up our order (1 large 3 topping pizza and 6 pepperoni rolls) they never received it. We weren’t too upset about it. The manager and employee apologized and made it right away even got us a better deal than what was originally quoted to us online.

This place used to be the old Gumby’s Pizza. Although it shares some menu similarities, like the pepperoni rolls, most of the menu is different, as are the flavors.

I have ordered from here a few times and usually enjoy it. However I ordered last night and my food never came! It’s not the end of the world since my card wasn’t charged, I was planning on paying in cash, but still frustrating because I stayed up until 330 am waiting! I called around 2 am and I was told they were really short on drivers and that they would come immediately when the driver came back and that they’d call. I never got the call and ended up falling asleep while waiting. Not the end of the world but I’m still frustrated!

Ordered from them Friday night! The pizza cheese bread and pepperoni rolls were amazing. All the food was delivered hot like it just came out of the oven. Would definatly order from there again next time we are in the area!

Amazing pizza! I decided to give this new place a try tonight and the quality of the pizza drove me to come here and leave a review. I had the Garlic Romano Deep Dish pizza which is their specialty. I highly recommend it!

Whatever you do do not order from itza a pizza. I ordered my food at 2:30 in the morning ended up falling asleep after waiting till almost 4 a.m. for my food which was supposed to arrive at 3:30 at the very latest woke up to a missed call at 4 in the morning saying that they were here with my food ended up leaving it outside my door The Box open to find my food covered in ants $24 wasted and yes I called them and they’re like we’re on our way. Mind you they close at 3 a.m. supposedly

Decided to order from here because I hadn’t ordered in long time. It took an hour to get my food and then it was wrong. They told me it would take another hour to send out the right order. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I call about my food the manager tells me he does not have time for this he has other orders. I don’t know if I was pushed back to the end of the list because I am African American or if I was just no longer a priority because the non minority customers were waiting but nonetheless I will never order again. When I told them I could come down and pick up the order they told me they would call the police if I did and I can never order from there again as if I would. I hope to get my money back to my card since I didn’t receive my food. Close to three hours waisted for nothing by the way I live close to downtown.
