Food was good and service was lighting fast! Love the video menu, there were videos of every dish so you know what things looked like. Taste was great but wish there was a bit more noodles(or an option to pay a bit extra for more). The only bad thing for me however was the bathroom. There’s only one stall and there were people waiting, constantly. Just with there was one more stall with a urial.

We’re lucky cause we booked a table in advance, it could get busy later in the afternoon. We ordered wagyu bun, chicken paitan ramen and tonkatsu. Wagyu bun was really tender and flavorful. Perfect for a starter. Chicken ramen was really delicious. The broth felt comforting. Tonkatsu ramen was a bit heavy but tasted so flavorful. Service was friendly. Overall, really nice experience.

I had high hopes for this place and they were met. Ivan is legendary in ramen so I was very excited to finally get to eat here. I never get anything but tonkotsu but because my partner wanted that for herself, I decided to get my first chicken paitan ever. I don’t regret that choice. It was so so good. It was beautiful and rich. I got the bok choy and mushrooms as an add on at the recommendation of the server and it added a nice crunch and umami to the really flavorful broth and ground chicken. The noodles were thinner than I prefer but dense and chewy, just how I like them.

Dear Lord this place is amazing. I will be back here next time I am in New York. I cannot believe they are making money with how reasonably priced the food is. Best Ramen I have ever had. Beats many of the other NYC places to a pulp.
