Got the Cod today, 2 regular and 2 Cajun. I enjoyed the Cod, overall it was well seasoned. The pieces however, are rather small for the price. Drive thru customer service was nice.

Food is great, but the price has gone up too much for the amount of food you get, just not a good value at all any more. For many decades this has been known as a good value but not anymore, 3 fish n chips, a bowl of chowder and an order of calamari=$70.00 dollars. Plus I’m pretty sure the fish is quite smaller than it used to be in the past. So even less of a value. Sad to think I won’t be getting Ivar’s much any more due to the exhorbanant cost.

We love it! I grew up in Seattle with Ivar’s as the go to place for fish and chips. So it was a natural shift to a Tacoma location. The food was brought to the table by a staff member, and everyone was very nice at this location. There is a drive-thru if inside dining doesn’t fit the bill.

Loved Ivar’s on the wharf. Great food! Service was great! And great value for the money. A few days later, we ate at a satellite location near the airport, and that was excellent as well. Highly recommend this great seafood restaurant.

I live Ivar’s but didn’t know any were in Tacoma. Glad I stumbled upon this gem. Clean interior friendly staff. Across the street from Tacoma Community College next to Rite Aid. They have a coke freestyle machine, very handy for those of us that like to mix our own sodas. The clam basket and a cup of chowder is still the best lunch.

Let me tell you all something. This place is the best! The staff was friendly and I ordered the spicy calamari and clams. I ate the calamari in the car, but waited to eat the clams and fries at home. Now this is UP and I drove to east side tacoma. The freaking frying still crisp. Strips still crisp! I’m amazed. This is by far the best decision and food I’ve spent my money on in such a long time. I’m highly impressed and you all are highly favored. The only thing I hate about this is the fact that yall are a bill now. Writing you in the budget! Damn this is good!
