Funny that I’ve actually been here several times, but never remembered the name…knock that to drinking heavily when I’m in the area haha. Their sashimi combo is definitely the item to order. They offer beer, soju, and sake. They have tons of skewer options which make great complimentary options to the sashimi combo. I’d also recommend the chicken gizzards and marinated pork belly. The tables feel very cozy and private. Wouldn’t recommend for large groups though.

Amazing food, excellent service, and a great experience overall. We were seated quickly on a Friday night for a party of four. My partner and I had been here before, so this was our 2nd time here and the service was just as fast as our 1st time there! Our orders were taken quickly, and drinks and food came out very fast, which was nice. The food looked amazing and tasted even better! You will definitely need to order at least one of everything on the menu because there are no bad dishes here. We will be back very soon hopefully because this is definitely the best Izakaya experience we’ve had in LA!

Solid Japanese style Izakaya in K Town LA. Sashimi is better than most Japanese restaurants in K Town. Sashimi, yakitori and hot pot is a must.

The sashimi was very fresh. The chicken was tasty. Right in the heart of Korea Town, this Izakaya also offers some Korean sauces for your sashimi. Great value for money. We loved the private little dining areas with the curtains. We think this place is a gem worth returning to.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Stopped in for a roll before going to the Wiltern for a show. I had the chef’s special rainbow roll. The entire thing was prepared right in front of me at the bar. Our waitress was kind and attentive and our sushi chef was really friendly and informative. I would recommend this as a more upscale sushi place for an experienced sushi goer.
