Came here for a birthday party of 14 people. Reservations for the 2 tatami booth next to each other. It was a fun place and great food! Everything was slightly expensive but the quality and tastes makes up for it! The grill tuna collar was best I have ever had! Their sushi was fresh and the presentation was gorgeous. Over all a 5 stars experience. Will be back again when I am in town.

Cute place in the middle of northern blvd! The decor and vibe of the place were impeccable, and the food was good too. The food wasn’t fishy and that’s probably the most important thing I look for when I go to a seafood-y establishment, but it wasn’t the most amazing I’ve had. The service was the lack luster part, we asked for tea three times before we finally got it, which I would understand if it was busy, but we went when I wasn’t that packed. I liked that we didn’t wait that long for our food to come, though, I was starving.

Izakaya Nana is one of the trendiest spots this year and we heard it is the biggest Izakaya in NYC. The decor is brilliant with authentic Japanese ambiance.

We found this one on TokTok and it did not disappoint. Once you walk in it feels like you’re in a Japanese wonderland. They built Japanese style buildings and decorated them beautifully. The food was delicious and fresh all the while the staff was very attentive and met our every need. We will definitely be returning! One tip, make reservations. This one is a hot spot and for good reason!

Obviously the ambiance is fabulous and that’s exactly what I feel like we paid for. The food did not taste fresh at all. I’d gladly pay whatever it says on the menu if it was delicious. It wasn’t, it was underwhelming n fell short compared to the ambiance of the restaurant.

The atmosphere is definitely excellent. It seems like I went inside a japanese village, and I can tell they put a lot of effort into decorations. We know today is Father’s Day, so we came a little bit early before the crowds. Service is great and no complains. The food is a bit pricey but it’s still good. I will come back again and try the other things.

Best new addition to Flushing recently! The decor and atmosphere are nothing short of stunning. Beautiful Japanese style booths with decor modeled after a town. Great place for groups. Menu is diverse and tasty with both affordable and more expensive options. Only criticism is the yakitori could have used some more salt. We received great service seated at the bar.

Amazing restaurant. They themed around a traditional Japanese alleyway which have been known to be picturesque. One thing to note, you MUST get a reservation due to demand if you are in a group. Book at least a week ahead! If by yourself you don’t need one since there is adequate seating. Food here was in point. Some portions were small and pricy but were worth it. Place is well known for its Yakitori (chicken skewers) which were delish! Their chicken karage is the best I’ve had so far in the nyc area and is top notch. There are a plethora of drink options especially the highly covered Hibiki 21 whiskey which is 150 a glass! Overall a must visit for anyone looking for good japanese food with an amazing ambiance.

I came here in a Sunday night with my partner! The food was pretty fresh especially the fried horse mackerel, I really like the spicy Mayo sauce it came with. The sashimi was pretty normal but what stood out to me was the fatty tuna! The skewers were okay and nothing new, I do think some of them could have been seasoned more.
