Great food and great service. If you like sushi, you need to give this place a try. We came at 7:30PM on a Friday night. It was busy, but we were able to sit down without a wait. Cocktails and beer were tasty as well.

This is maybe my favorite sushi restaurant in STL! The calamari is amazing, although a bit on the pricey side. I always get the American Idol roll. I have tried the bulgogi don, shrimp & veggie tempura, and a few others of their rolls. Everything is always delicious!

Mega expensive for what you get. Rice bowls are $15 for $3-4 worth of food. Chicken teriyaki bowl was just sliced plain chicken on a bit of rice with a cup of teriyaki on the side. Could do that at home with 0 effort. At least we got 1 piece of broccoli each Haven’t tried the rolls, but why would I when I could get it cheaper elsewhere. Atmosphere is awesome though. Would like the place if prices were cheaper/bigger portions

The food was great! The food pictured is the tuna tower, double crab (roll on the left), and the corona (roll on the right) we will eat here again because the food was worth it. I gave them a 4 star rating because the staff wasn’t friendly and weren’t very attentive. After being seated it took almost 20 minutes for them to ask about drinks and after asking it took them another 15 minutes to bring out our waters which never got refilled. And the rest of the meal the service was the same way. Hopefully they can get better staffed soon!

Wonderful food. Elegantly presented sashimi, sushi, takoyaki, gyoza, udon, don buri (bowls of food), and other Japanese options. Many many types of sushi rolls. In total, there is not only more than standard Japanese fare, but it is also delicious, high quality, and beautifully presented. Many different sakes, mixed drinks, and Japanese beers along with international Gin, bourbon, tequila, rum options. They even have Japanese soda pop. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely decor with exquisite hand painted scenes. I had been there once before and couldn’t wait to go back for seconds to show my adult son who also, this day enjoyed his food immensely.

I LOVE this place! The presentation of the sushi is beautiful and it always comes out quickly. Every roll I have tried has been great! The staff is so nice, most of the time I get really good service. Ive learned there are certain servers who are knowledgeable about menu items and more attentive, I will request them if I see they are available. I have been greeted as I step in the door as well as thanked on my way out every single time. If you are in the mood for sushi and don’t want to be disappointed you definitely need to try this place out!
