I’ve heard good things about this spot and finally got a chance to try it out for my birthday. We ordered the Memorial Roll which was good, a variety of sushi rolls were on point, but the WA Chirashi was not quite up to par. The rice seemed like it wasn’t fresh and the sashimi was a bit chewy on some portions and didn’t melt in my mouth like other sashimi I’ve had at other restaurants. It was a little disappointing as the WA Chirashi was supposed to be the star of the meal as recommended by my family.

Reservation system: 1/5 Completely nonexistent. We were unable to make reservations ahead of time and they couldn’t take our names down before we headed over. The only option was to drive over, put our names in, and wait 30 min in the parking lot. This was really frustrating.

I arrived to where my party of 3 was seated and it took the waiter over 15 minutes to greet me. The establishment was not busy or packed at all, but he was nowhere to be found. His absence was a continued theme throughout the duration of our night.
