Great place to eat at Assi Food Plaza. Quick and relatively cheap during these times of inflation. Lots of options to choose from. Really love their Donkatsu and the Curry Rice. The peanut dressing on their salad is top tier. Most things cost around $10 to $20.

Zero customer service. Absolutely horrified as how she treated her customer. We ordered food from here and another food stand. With three kids I asked for extra plates so they can share. They complained due to us getting food from another stall why they should be the one to give the plates. The food they were going to share was from Izumi stand. Then under her breath she cussed me out as I was walking away.

Used to like this place and came regularly. But was really upset with the recent to-go order. I ordered Izumi special #1 and only came home finding two gyoza and rice were missing (photo shows everything I received for $16). And I waited ~30min for the order: I thought it took time for Tonkatsu making and had waited patiently. But later found the box with the tonkatsu for my order was ready and sitting there all the time; the staff was just too lazy to pack soup and salad to get it to go until I finally lost patience and approached to check on my order. Horrible customer service – will never come back and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Nice place to eat in Assi plaza food court. I got the chicken teriyaki and the beef gyudon with white rice. Food was good, service only took 7-8 minutes to get food which was nice. Friendly staff. Good spot for lunch if in the North Wales Pa area

I’ve had a couple of dishes here and have always enjoyed them. Service is quick and prices are reasonable. This time I had the niku udon, which is a simple udon noodle soup with thinly sliced beef and onions. Good flavor, not too salty, decent sized portion. Had the gyudon one other time which was egg, beef, onion, and sauce over a white rice. A similar overall flavor but was also really good. A quick meal before shopping sets you up for a good day… and prevents too many impulse purchases when shopping on an empty stomach!

Delicious! On the slower side for actually getting the meal to you, but a decent option if you like a quick japanese meal. Definitely enjoyed the donburi (steamed egg with beef over rice)!
