This location is horrible. There were two people ahead of me when I came in last week, and it legit took over 20 minutes to receive my order. Normally I would have left but I had a hungry kid with me. The workers were careless and moved comically slow, it almost felt intentional, like they were trying to drive the customers in the growing line away. Mission accomplished- we will not be back and I’ve told everyone who will listen to not come here either.

Latin at this location is amazing! I had an issue with the time on an online catering order, and needed the food faster than what she had received. Latin didn’t hesitate and told me she would have me out at the time I needed. Great customer service like this isn’t always easy to find, and she and her team are greatly appreciated.

Extremely small portions compared to chipotle or quodoba. Quality is not as good either. Up charge of $2.95 for a tiny scoop of Guacamole. $2.95 up charge for a tiny scoop of mushrooms. I got two meal combos with chips and queso, but only got one chips and queso. Queso looks like it comes from a can and came in a tiny container you would get a side of sour cream in. Chips don’t fit into the tiny queso container for dipping. Place was dirty, food on all the tables. Out of napkins and forks. My daughters quesadilla had like 8 tiny pieces of chicken on it. My bowl was in the same size bowl I get at chipotle but it was only about 1/3 full when I was done adding all the toppings. Everything was pretty bland and veggies looked tired, not fresh. Worst meal I had on my trip to Baton Rouge.

Walked in at 7:30. 1 person in front of me in line. Food was not ready at 8:00. Order was 1 burrito and 1 quesadilla. The ground beef was not strained before serving, the portions of beans/cheese were half scoops and barely unloaded into the burrito. Workers were all joking with each other and flirting with a table of young women. Very little care to guest inside and then saw 7-9 orders from online or call in made before me while waiting at the register. Then line behind me backed up to 6-8 orders long. Be careful if your time and food quality is important going to this location.

Used to go there in 2022 like once a week it was really good and juicy. But in 2023 everytime i get steak it is OVER COOKED i have literally eaten beef jerky that is easier to chew than this, if i get steak that hard again imma send them my dental bill.

First time visiting an Izzo’s. I don’t think I’ll be visiting another one. The place wasn’t clean. Water was dripping from the ceiling next to the drink machine &, there was a bucket on the floor. It nearly got into my food &, I was appalled by that. The ceiling is bare like industrial exposing things. It was full of dust &, I hate that while I’m eating or any other time for that matter. I had gotten a Steak Quesadilla & I had specifically asked for No rice in it & there was. I also asked for some Refried Beans &, I’d just gotten a spoonful on the side. The Chips & Salsa were definitely store bought. Yuck!

Horrible experience. The staff were just hanging out in the back while the line grew longer and moved so incredibly slowly. No acknowledgement to move quickly whatsoever. One of the staff was on break and was sleeping in the booth right to the door-completely inappropriate. We ended up not eating our takeout once we left, it was such a bad experience and left such a bad taste in our mouth. Will never come here again.

If you get an order to-go with chips and a drink make sure to check your order. They are often left out or only offer 1 when we always get 2 or 3. Otherwise food is great and love that they have a drive thru.
