Hate to leave this review because we love Izzos and have eaten at this location several times before but I hope this review inspires this location to improve their service. Came here on Sunday morning. The employee who attended us served us such little portions I thought she was joking with us. I ordered a kids nacho and she served us 3 dried out small pieces of chicken and forgot the chips. I’m not joking. After I asked for chips because it was nachos, I asked her for more chicken and she told us she would have to charge us double. I could not believe she thought that she was giving me the right portion. I said okay, charge me whatever as long as I can get more food. She refused and my child went home hungry.

worst experience today .. this location has been so hit or miss lately. i got a burrito today- the chicken was so dry and the burrito itself was lacking so much flavor. i also got a queso and it was like water- barely had no cheese taste. it’ll be a while till i come back

Garbage service literally every time. Come if you’re cool waiting 20-30 extra minutes to get your food. This last time they just gave my food away to someone else, I guess you can waltz in here and point at a bag and say it’s yours without having to verify anything. When I showed up they were confused and then didn’t offer an apology or anything, just alright I guess we’ll make it again. Then they argued with me about it. I use to love Izzo’s but the customer service alone has made this the last time I’ll ever have it.

I order a mushroom topping and was told it was an extra fee, but the older gentleman serving me, barely put any mushrooms on it. I said if it is extra then you need to give me more.. He did and when I went to the register, He charged me twice.

Some of the slowest, most uncoordinated service I’ve seen. It took 15 minutes just to order, another ten to pay, then 15 minutes to get my food, so a 40 minute wait with only two customers ahead of me. They weren’t understaffed, they just moved like they were underwater. And then I’m expected to tip on a single $15 meal after getting no service.

Got a half and half steak and grilled shrimp quesadilla. It was soooo good, not too salty as I’ve had previously. I had four orders and all were made correctly and the staff was friendly. Will definitely visit this location again. I hope when I visit, the food is the same. My mom is hard to please and she enjoyed her quesadilla as well.
