Ordered 2 burritos for delivery, both were incorrect. I contacted the store and the girl that answered the phone was rude and didn’t seem to care much. Told me I needed to drive back to the store and go in person to make my own burrito, when it should’ve been done right the first time? Why have an online ordering system if the order won’t be made properly? Waste of time and money. Save your time and go to Taco Bell, honestly.

My wife found out that Izzo’s is offering a Tuesday special. 2 tacos rice and beans for 5.00. We decided to try it out. The place was empty when we got here. Service was slow. They were filling to go orders I guess. Well my wife and I both got a 5.00 deal. Food was good but the tacos were so stuffed we had to eat them open face.

The guy who took my order had an air pod in the whole time. He kept telling me he could not hear me (and I’m naturally loud) but never took the airpod out. I said no dairy and he didn’t hear and was about to put a handful of cheese in. Thankfully I caught it before he did. He forgot a few things and I had to keep reminding him of what I ordered. Then he came back at the end to pack up my stuff and had both air pods in that time, again I reminded him of what he forgot and he had to take out the airpod just to hear me. I said thank you and he couldn’t even say “you’re welcome” or “have a good day” just rude all around. It’s disrespectful to help customers with headphones in, especially when you make the customer repeat themselves 5x… doesn’t that tell you it’s time to take the airpod out, bud? I’m a manager at a local business and I would NEVER let my team help a customer like that, very rude and embarrassing. You should definitely talk to your front of house staff about wearing headphones when helping customers. That’s just customer service 101.

The food here is “OK”. Their big issue has to do with their staff. Both times I have been here, they have been indifferent and generally unhappy to be in their positions. My first trip here, my wife and I observed a rather inappropriate exchange between the shift manager and a customer. Verbal obscenities and colorful adjectives were exchanged on both sides of the counter.

I wanted a burrito and went to try Izzo’s and brought it home. I got my burrito, also the nachos, a taco and kids quesadilla. I got to say the meats, especially the pork had really good flavor. I liked that you can pick and choose what you want to add into your food. I got good service. I give it a 4 because it was really good but not different from others I’ve had that would really impress me. Overall was really good. I’d say I might go again in the future.

I just paid $13.00 for a “super” steak burrito and it was far from Super. It was so small I had to go to Arby’s right after and order a roast beef sammich because I was still hungry. The only thing that’s illegal about this burrito is the portion size. Next time I will go to Chipotle and get a man’s burrito.

Been driving past this place for days and finally found the time to stop in. They have 3 different size burritos and I chose the middle one for $9 and some change. Got spinach wrap with shrimp plus the works. The burrito was delicious. Price was ok. I enjoyed it.
