We came from quite a ways away for the weekend. The food was amazing. I’m very picky about shrimp I eat & this shrimp was the best I’ve ever had. But the surprise of the night was the risotto….most amazingly good, tasty meal I’ve ever eaten !! 10/10!

Scott and I had the prime rib and $40 a piece it had little to no flavor. My baked potato was boiled. The salad and the blue cheese dressing were the best part of the meal. The service was fast and efficient. We will try again, but it’s going to be a while.

I would like to title this review “Ode to an Onion Ring.” I enjoyed my meal at J Bruners overall but it was truly the onion rings that were LIFE CHANGING. They were everything that onion rings should be —light, perfectly crispy and well seasoned. I also got a buffalo chicken wrap with a baked potato. These were both delicious, though unremarkable. My mom got grilled shrimp which was delicious, though the aioli was a little odd (with a sweet flavor that is unexpected for aioli). The atmosphere and service were great. If I lived in the neighborhood (or within a couple of hours) I would plan to come here for every special occasion.

The food was very good! My boyfriend and I split a pork tenderloin & fries. We were not expecting it to be That good. We both ordered long Island Ice tea which was made very well. Service was good. Can’t wait to go back.
