This was my first time at this location. I usually go to Alps. Funny I get here today and see the same girl that I usually see working at the Alps location at this one. The food is equally as good. I like my wings as crispy as they can get without being burned and they always get it right. I learned something new today. I didn’t know you could get fried rice without the egg and the young lady told me they do it. A plus in my book. Everywhere else fried rice comes with egg. I also appreciate that although this location is busy the traffic came and went. I was the only dine-in. Had the TV to myself. Chillin to a movie with a good meal while it rained. It’s a great Friday.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have had issues multiple times with this place. Most recently ordered the 15 piece wing combo with the fried rice and mentioned multiple times that they needed to be boneless – and received bone in wings. When called to ask about the mess up they hung up on me! When called back they put me on hold for 25 minutes, no apology and would not refund the money back immediately. Instead the manager / owner gets on the line and states she needed my bank information and I would have to call back the next day to see if the transaction cam be reversed.They also charge you nonsense fees of 1-2$ for any minor changes to your order which are not specified and seem to be at the owner’s discretion.

This place was amazing. The best wings I’ve ever eaten in my life. The service was s friendly and down to earth and even helped me find amazing cake that I was craving. I absolutely recommend them. My new wing spot. I’ll be back soon ladies.

Updated 5-3-2023: I use to eat here all the time until they closed this location and was pleasany surprised it has reopened. I’ve eaten here twice this week and the fried rice and lemon pepper wings are still delicious. Both times I ordered at the location and waited about 5 to 10 minutes for my order. Highly recommend for good tasting food, but most of my complaints from my older visits below still hold true.

Consistency of the chicken wings were not good at all. They were dry, chewy, and stringy. It tasted like it three day old leftover chicken heated up in the microwave. Ate with two other people who all said the same things. Also order was wrong; had you repeated the order back to me to make sure it was written down properly then food would not have had to be remade.
