If I could give 0 stars I would. We received burnt pizza and burnt cookie. The manager Matt was condescending and hostile when I called after it was delivered. His idea of “making it right” was for us come pick up a new order in 25 minutes. The whole point of delivery was so that we didn’t have to go pick it up. We have been ordering there weekly for the past 6 years and have never experienced such rude customer service. We will be taking our business elsewhere!

I have been trying everyones version of pickle bread. This is by far one of the best if not THE best. Nice staff (*during lunchtime atleast, cant comment to other timeframes) and good service. Pizza was great too of course!!

Just had the worst pizza and bread sticks ever. I use to love the pizza here but this time the pizza was over cooked dry and not very flavorful. Asked for garlic crust didn’t get it, not that it would have helped much. Very disappointing I do keto and this was my monthly cheat day.

Ordered the Detroit pep pizza and a calzone. One of the best “pizzas” I’ve had in a bit. DIDN’T like the calzone, that’s just me. Wife liked it, just wondering about your ranch dressing….. In house or bought? If in house outstanding if not then who’s is it?

I ordered my pizza and picked up I waited at the counter for 5mins for someone to come upfront after I paid with cash for my food the cashier requested a tip which I find to be extremely rude if you have to ask for a tip then you probably don’t deserve 1 …..you did not even respond to your employees asking for cash tips and fyi they definitely heard me walk in.

The worse service I’ve ever had. Last time at J-Cups. They not only send a pizza that is not edible but refused to make up for it. I had the pizza delivered because I am at home with kids because my wife is working. After they delivered a pizza looking like this they said they could not deliver a new one because they are to busy. Not only has the pizza went downhill but the service standards as well.

Would recommend this place to any pizza or flavored bread lovers, they have a lot of good tasting options and will custom make anything for you if they have the ingredients, (my favorite on the menu is “prickle bread”)
