What an unexpected gem. We were unsure when we pulled up. It looks like a convenience store from the outside. Hidden behind a little wall, we found some delicious food with large portions! We tried new foods and are so happy we did. There is no parking lot and parking on the street is sparse, but if you can find a way inside, the food was great. They recommended the chicken and it did not disappoint. The fish and chips, which were okay. The salmon was good. A favorite at the table was a complimentary garbanzo bean dish. I would go back for that alone. Those three meals fed four hungry people with leftovers. It is nothing fancy, but it was filling and delicious.

Absolutely worth every penny. Only $30 for an enormous rice dish with a whole lobster and tons of other seafood. Charming atmosphere in the back of a corner store, friendly and kind staff. Even the bread rolls are amazing. Highly recommend!!

Have been coming for YEARS and every year they get skimpier and skimpier with their portions of chicken. Very disappointing! You use to get a decent amount of sauce and now you just get oil. Stop cutting corners your loosing business and long time customers. There is no way with how much business you get you need to cut corners like this, pure stinginess!

Absolutely down right delicious authentic home style Portuguese food!!! I’m very picky and usually stray from ordering certain dishes that I’m used to having only made by myself or family!!! They are the real deal hands down. A cuzinheira/o (chef) need a standing ovation… Also the starter salad which is a garbanzo with pickled onions and peppers is to die for soooooooo good and it’s FREE. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is modest however very clean. A little hidden Portuguese Gem that I happen to stumble into by mistake but soooooooo happy I did. People give it a try I guarantee it won’t disappoint. GREAT FOOD AT AWESOME PRICES. Thank you for bringing a little bit of Portugal done right to Massachusetts ☺

What a hidden gem, the whole chicken might have been the best grilled chicken I’ve ever eaten, the paelha was delicious, as were the clams in wine with garlic and lingica. Don’t miss the desserts in the fridge or the wall of breads and cookies fresh made.
