Beware: please be advised that this franchise location is being operated under poor management. Manager/employees training reassessment is highly advised. Customer service is very unsatisfactory. Also, use caution “all sales are final” and pay attention to the “overly” added extra fees. Manager is drastically taking advantage of market inflation. Customers are posting great reviews for “North Avenue” location on this review posting for “16 Park Place” downtown location. This is not the J.R. Cricket house location.

Tried this place after hearing that it is the go to spot in ATL for wings…um, no. Wings lacked meat and were way too crispy. The fried shrimp tho was good. Also, be careful about the parking. The city will boot you!
