I love this food. I got the beef quesadilla and it never disappoints. This is the best quesadilla I have ever had and I would keep coming back just for it. We also got fried chicken for my picky eater and it was made fresh. And the empanadas were really good too. The person working was also very kind and patient. Definitely recommend!!

The quesadillas at this place are absolutely crazy. Super filling and suuuper good, like almost addicting. I haven’t eaten other food there, so idk about anything else, but i def recommend the quesadillas!! The worker there didn’t look on the best mood lol but it’s understandable.

Rated atmosphere 1 star because of location in the mall but definitely worth the trip. The Mexican tacos are delicious.

I ordered chicken and fries today and paid $8. And got regular fries. First time I went, I got the same thing and I paid $6 and got curly fries. Today was just disappointing.

Consistently delicious. The employees are always friendly, carry great conversation, and the food is 10/10. It isn’t fast food but who would want it any other way? Wait 10-15 minutes and you have a fresh, delicious meal. They make the best tortas – better than anywhere else I have tried them in a 30 mile radius. Quality is unmatched.

After standing in line for 35 minutes, I probably wouldve been better off ordering the Burrito Jesus.

I went to J zapatas in the Laurel Mall 5/16/22 to start off the customer service here was nonexistent. I got 3 chicken tacos, which were bland, cold, and so DRY! The tortillas on the tacos were hard. I ordered nachos with meat. The chips were stale, and the meat was just not fresh. The only thing that was “warm” was the empanada. Very disappointed. Literally wasted 30$ Should of just went to Taco Bell.

Tacos are 12$ for 3 of them? I’d understand if they were stuffed but I went to the Laurel Mall to try them and I’m not excited and they look sad. I understand inflation of prices but I ate 6 tacos and I’m not impressed. There so small. For 24$ I should’ve gotten pizza. There more like appetizers. That’s the first time I ate from there. It’s also the last.

The burrito I ordered was large and filling, however the meat was disgusting. It was very chewy, like a piece of bubble gum. I was disappointed and hope they use better meat for their food in the future, because other than that it would not be a bad place.

I went during dinner time and the lady who was working looked obviously annoyed with me that I couldn’t decide. I finally asked for a plate combo and she blatantly said ” we don’t have here” and at first I thought she misunderstood me but she just refused to make me food. Another customer asked for a burrito and she made it for him….with all the ingredients that the plate had…… I then asked for empanadas which the guy ordered then she looked me DEAD IN THE EYES and said “we don’t have” I was so shocked and just walked off. If you want J Zapata PLEASE PLEASE go to the food truck!!!!!
